Four advantages of

Working With TAC

Speed of Construction:

TAC, specializing exclusively in building Myrtha Pools, achieves greater efficiency in project completion compared to multi-tasking Pool Contractors. Here's how TAC accelerates construction.

Expertise in Myrtha Pools: TAC technicians, with their focused expertise, excel in Myrtha Pool construction. This specialization results in rapid problem-solving, efficient methods, and superior quality work.

Process Optimization: TAC's tailored processes in project management and estimating/bidding are specifically honed for Myrtha Pool projects. This leads to streamlined task execution, minimal downtime, and fewer inefficiencies compared to general pool construction.

Specialized Equipment: TAC employs specialized tools, including Leister Robots for membrane welding, ensuring more efficient, accurate, and faster construction than standard equipment. Overall, TAC's dedicated approach to Myrtha Pool construction significantly expedites project timelines.

Myrtha Certified Technicians:

Becoming a Certified Myrtha technician is very important. Myrtha Pools USA and their Parent Company A&T Europe S.p.A, the manufacturer of the Myrtha system provides a specialized training course called Myrtha Pool Academy.  This Academy is typically held at A&T Europe’s factory in Northern Italy.  There, they are trained in a hands-on class not only to sharpen their skills but to introduce new skills needed for new technologies.  Certification every 2 years meets the Factory’s requirements for Myrtha Material Certificate of Guarantee & Warranty.

Customized Equipment:

TAC has developed a custom industrial hydraulic Lifting devise.  This (HBL) Hydraulic Bulkhead lift was first deployed in Canada lifting a 15,000-pound Myrtha Bulkead.  TAC worked with engineers from North America’s leading hydraulic manufacturer of high pressure 10,000 psi industrial lifting equipment. Their engineering capabilities and manufacturing processes allowed TAC to design and custom build a solution to lift 13,000-to-20,000-pound Myrtha Bulkeads quickly and safely.  With four HBLs, two lifts on both ends of the Bulkhead and the use of dunnage, TAC can swap out gear systems in a matter of a few hours rather than days.

One team for the whole installation:

TAC selects the best teams for each project. Depending on the location and type of Myrtha project, TAC project managers will put together One specialized team for the duration of the project. Our technicians live in various cities throughout North America, so to keep mobilization cost within budget we select technicians who are close to each job and match the specific skill needed.

Scott Hornick

TAC President & CEO

Thank you for stopping by our website! I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to share a bit about myself and the unique way we do things here at TAC. At the heart of our operation is a strong belief in the power of teamwork. I don't claim to have all the answers, so when it comes to making those tough calls, I rely heavily on the collective wisdom of our team. I'm fortunate to work alongside some of the best project managers in the industry, whose years of experience are invaluable, especially when we're faced with tricky situations.

Every week, we gather as a team to discuss our ongoing projects, the hurdles we're facing, and the progress we're making. These meetings are more than just status updates – they're a forum for us all to share ideas, brainstorm solutions, and decide together on everything from which technicians to assign to a job, to how we tackle the inevitable challenges that come with any new build.

Honesty and transparency are more than just buzzwords at TAC – they're principles I live by. I've learned through experience that covering up a mistake is never a good idea – it always has a way of coming back, sometimes quite literally, as a "leak". So, we always strive to be upfront and do our best. That's all I ask of myself and my team. This extends to how we bid on projects. Our bids are based on real, hard data from past TAC projects, not industry averages or someone else's numbers. We track everything – from painting lane lines to waterproofing floors – to make sure our estimates are as accurate as possible. This detailed approach has made us pretty sharp in our estimations, and we stand by our bids with confidence.

I hope that if you ever chat with anyone from the TAC team, you'll hear first hand about the positive, supportive environment we've built. We're not just about getting the job done; we're about doing it in a way that fosters loyalty and pushes us to be industry leaders. Thanks again for visiting, and I hope we get the chance to show you what makes TAC special.

Sincerely,
Scott Hornick
